Today was likely the last hot day for a while, and perhaps the last truly sweltering one of this summer. After work, I rode the tram into different parts of town. I always enjoy being a bit of a tourist in the city I call home.
It looked like people wanted to wear their hot-summer gear one last time, with September 1st and the start of meteorological autumn just a few days away.
The heat weighed heavily on my body throughout the summer, and I had some mobility setbacks along the way. Now I have to focus on building things back up without overdoing it – or I’ll drop myself into a deep motivational hole. 😅
