Usually, I aim for two rowing sessions per week to keep my body in motion. Over the past couple of weeks, life got in the way, and I only managed one. Still better than none, but not quite where I want to be.
So this morning, I gave it another go. Not only did I complete my second session for the week, but I also took advantage of the cooler temperatures and got moving early. On this sunny Sunday, the motivation just clicked, and I rowed another 2750 meters.
The workout itself felt good, a full-body, steady effort. But later, while standing in the bathroom for what felt like forever, shaving my head and trimming my beard, the fatigue hit hard. The warm shower didn’t help either.
Still, everything worked out. I even managed to write this post at 11:23 PM. 😀
