On Mondays, I tend to row.
Today marks the first time I’ve reached 3 km since my clavicle fracture. Slowly, I’m making this distance feel like home again.
When it’s possible at all, rebuilding lost capacity requires a trifecta of patience, discipline, and drive. But when you throw that mixture into the whirlpool of sometimes unpredictable energy levels, the outcomes can be just as unpredictable.
The main priority is to be kind to myself, no matter the result. <3
