Last time I went to physical therapy, I forgot to take a picture while up, so I took a shot of the hospital’s ambulance parking spaces. Instead, today, the view over the city was blocked by a thick layer of fog. So you’ll have to make your peace with observing graffiti spray-painted on construction site fencing. More of these additional views are accessible on the unpublished page.
Today’s session focused on knee stabilization and balance exercises. We agreed on therapy goals for this year, and this was in scope. After riding my bike at 16km/h across the freezing morning air (-3°C), my leg muscles felt a bit weak and spastic from the cold. Both rides were exhilarating, albeit painful to the eyes and hands. The frost on the trees made for quite a visual backdrop on the ride. I’m happy to be back in the central-heated home.
