As most of the currently blooming plants are showing their colorful splendor, here are some pink cherry tree branches from the neighborhood.
Today also marked the first day this year that I stepped out in just a t-shirt (pants included). That lightness – no layers, no “just in case” gear (but yes emergency cane), just shoes, music, and go – felt genuinely liberating.
It’s a great feeling, with the bonus of prepping and layering melting away, shoes, a hat, a “just to be sure” (but luckily not needed) cane, Lone’s already released tracks from his new album releasing tomorrow in the earbuds, and go.
It made for a splendid walk, especially after yesterday’s failed attempt at using my astro setup. Not due to the weather, au contraire — but because of an incompatible remote release cable that kept the shutter open whenever connected.
To live and learn, the right adapter is on its way.
