Slowly, slowly, I’m increasing the distance I row in a single session. Today’s goal was to reach 2750 meters.
Unfortunately, I had some issues with the left foot strap that, on the one hand, distracted me, and on the other, caused me to lose proper form beyond 2 kilometers.
It’s a race against a macro clock, as I’ll lose performance as temperatures rise – a small step forward, against the clock. Consistency is key, and I’ll keep working towards reaching 3 kilometers again.
