The thunderstorm system that caused destruction across parts of Switzerland today spared Zurich. While other regions suffered damaging hail and strong winds, the city could simply watch the storm clouds pass along its northern side.
The camera’s limited dynamic range always makes the Uetliberg antenna disappear against the bright sky. For a moment, the hill looks like I assume it did in olden times.
