On the fifth day of our trip to Ibiza, we went on an extensive grocery shopping tour to change up the pace after settling in. We also decided to visit our General Manager friend at the “La Sardina Loca” restaurant between Cala Vadella and Cala Carbó.
We deliberately chose an early dinner to leave plenty of time to catch up after three years away from the island, before the patrons would storm the place. We thought we’d seize the opportunity to get some sleep before 1–2 AM for once, only to realize that the sky was still extremely clear and the Moon was still a tiny crescent that set early. We had the first prime opportunity to capture the Milky Way.
So we did. And only got into bed between 1 and 2 AM anyway. 😅
