I spent some time neatly cleaning my manual coffee grinder. A significant part of it was figuring out the puzzle of putting it back together.

The lingo alone is quite something. It’s impressive engineering that allows me to disassemble and reassemble the grinder without any tools. It does involve a slight act of acrobatics, though, like pressing the burr set while loosening the knurled thumb nut counter-clockwise.
