I ended the last day of June with a very full belly after dinner at a restaurant in Altamura. On our way there, we passed the sports arena near my dad’s home, a building that has been in various states of disrepair for much of the past couple of decades. It made for an unexpected final photo- and a fitting end to a colorful, musical, and very, very hot vacation.
